Physical AI data  ·  United States

Everyday human work, turned into robot skills.

Telio Systems pays frontline workers to wear off-the-shelf capture kits during their normal shifts. Our pipeline turns what they do into labeled training data and ready-to-deploy skill models for many kinds of robot.

How it works

From one shift to a deployable skill

Five stages share one data engine. Each stage plays on its own; pick a stage to look closer.

Stage 1 of 5

Capture kit

A head-mounted 4K camera, an Android phone and six Bluetooth motion sensors, worn during a normal shift. It is about $1,110 of off-the-shelf hardware per kit, with data gloves added for fine hand work.

  • 4K head camera
  • 6 × IMU at 100 Hz
  • Optional data gloves

What we deliver

One recording, four levels of value

Every accepted hour climbs the same ladder. Robot teams buy at the level they need, from synced footage to a skill their robot can run.

Tier A

Synced capture

Head video, phone video and motion on one clock, quality-checked and tagged by activity.

Tier B

Annotated

Tier A plus sub-task segments, language descriptions, and 3D body and hand pose.

Tier C

Sim-ready

Trajectories retargeted to a robot's joints and replayed in simulation.

Skill models

Ready to deploy

A validated skill packaged for a robot type, delivered as a ROS 2 package, ONNX / TensorRT or vendor SDK.

Custom capture programs

A customer's own tasks and environments, recorded to order and priced per usable hour by tier.

Data library

Non-exclusive access to the growing categorized library, by subscription.

Skill model licences

A licence per skill and robot type, plus a monthly fee per deployed robot.

Capture platform

Robot makers and large employers run the kit and app on their own staff, as a service.

The kit

Off-the-shelf hardware, about $1,110 per kit

We buy consumer parts instead of building rigs, so the fleet gets cheaper and better every year without hardware R&D.

Network

A paid network of robot teachers

Three groups make the data engine work, and each one gets something it wants.

Trainers

Frontline workers

Hotel, kitchen and warehouse staff wear the kit during shifts they already work.

  • Paid for every hour that passes QA, above local rates
  • Quality bonus on top
  • Consent per session, right to withdraw

Workplaces

Partner sites

Hotels, kitchens, warehouses and facilities host recording with clear rules.

  • Approve zones and shifts
  • Revenue share on recorded hours
  • Automation insights on their own work

Robot teams

Customers

Humanoid makers, robot foundation-model labs, integrators and large employers.

  • Custom programs in their target settings
  • Library data by subscription
  • Skill models for their robot types
